To return goods please print and fill out the form below and return it with the goods:
RETURN GOODS TO:
MKD Equestrian Products, Returns Department, Fox House Farm Upper Fox House Lane, Holmfirth, HD9 2TF.
- Re-package the goods, preferably in the packaging materials originally used, enclose the filled out returns form provided with the goods in the parcel.
- Return the goods to the post office and please ensure that you obtain a receipt for your postage and a certificate of posting and consider insuring your parcel against loss or damage.
Note: In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the quality of a purchased product or that it should become damaged, we recommend that you cease use immediately and return the item for our inspection, following the procedure above. Please note that damaged and soiled items will be subject to inspection before a refund will be authorised.
Cheque refunds will be made in the name of the original customer. If goods were originally paid for by Credit/Debit Card a refund will be made directly to the card account of the person who originally paid for the goods.
